With higher rents for artists in the cities and fluctuating budget focused projects, I am finding it more and more important to recognize flexibility with rates. Great work can be achieved, and has here at the studio, with fair and resourceful budgeting.
I don’t like looking at clocks, so it should be known that I never push anything out of the studio based on time and I am known to be very flexible when it comes down to time versus rate.
Of course, this can all depend on the scope of the project and I am always open to flexibility and would hate to miss an opportunity to work with someone because of budget.
Project based mix rates can also be negotiated.
